  • MSc in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of delivering top-quality work to a range of external clients
  • Commercial experience of business development, including selling consultancy solutions to external customers.
  • BPS Level A and Level B qualified
