OPP offers comprehensive training in all our products – either in public workshops, at OPP offices, or in-house. Our programmes can be purpose-designed for the needs and goals of an organisation, allowing HR teams and managers to apply products to their workplaces and get the best out of these tools in the longer term. We provide qualification training for the British Psychological Society (BPS) Level A and B Certificates of Competence, as well as many instrument-specific qualifying courses. We also show you how to apply the instruments to practical business situations.
