About

This two-day course qualifies you to administer and interpret the Benchmarks® and SKILLSCOPE® 360-degree feedback instruments.

It is suitable for:

• Human resource and training professionals
• Anyone who wishes to help individuals identify development goals and establish development plan

Content

• Overview of the Benchmarks instrument and research
• Preparation of a report for interpretation
• Introduction to the Benchmarks Manual
• Introduction to SKILLSCOPE
• Reliability and validity
• Giving feedback
• Development planning
• Administration and logistics

Prerequisites

Experience in counselling, advanced feedback and/or group process skills is desirable.

You will be expected to complete the following in advance of the course:

• Complete your own Benchmarks report
• Distribute questionnaires to boss, peers and direct reports
• Return the forms to OPP two weeks prior to the workshop
