This one-day workshop covers an in-depth use of the MBTI® instrument in coaching and development sessions.
For MBTI practitioners with extensive experience in coaching and development work this workshop will enable you to apply your knowledge of individual dynamics to help clients to identify the core motivations that drive their behaviour.
Content
- Introduce type dynamics in a constructive way
- Identify the expression of our dominant function and its influence in our behaviour
- Recognise and wok with our inferior function
- Identify defence mechanisms that we deploy
- Use strategies for overcoming our resistance to change
Prerequisites
To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed one of the following:
- MBTI Qualifying workshop
- MBTI Conversion workshop
- Level B workshop with OPP
Delegates must also:
- Have a working knowledge of type dynamics
- Have experience of applying the MBTI instrument in a coaching/development context
- Have considerable experience in coaching
