"We noticed that OPP had released the new MBTI Team Report, containing a lot of useful information and tips, and we thought it looked like an excellent product to embed within our teambuilding sessions.
Once we’d decided to use this report, we found we also wanted some extra support from OPP, and so one of the consultants put together a short training session for us on how to use the report and structure a team development day around it. This proved to be especially helpful and really supported us in running our first teambuilding session with the report. This team was already operating well, but they were really keen to achieve absolutely optimum performance, and to continue to benefit from their existing MBTI knowledge.
We followed the guide that OPP’s consultant created, which included a timetable, an interactive quiz, and guidance on how to run different sessions based on the report’s sections. In addition, we found that the Facilitator Report, which comes free when you order a group of Team Reports, was especially useful, and we used it extensively for the insightful tips and hints tailored specifically to a team of this type.
In particular, the team we worked with found the analysis of their development areas especially useful. Using the guide and the reports, we were able to come up some concrete action plans to take away and implement, as well as points for ongoing discussion.
