This one-day workshop enables new and experienced FIRO-B® practitioners to develop and further strengthen their skills in its use at an individual level and, in particular when using the FIRO-B with teams and in team development.
Content
This workshop uses a variety of learning methods and materials including interactive and experiential exercises, group work and presentations. The workshop covers the following areas:
- How the FIRO-B instrument links to team satisfaction and individual team roles
- Planning and design of a FIRO-B team event
- How to analyse and present FIRO-B team data to understand issues prevalent in the team you are working with
- The links between the FIRO-B instrument and team development theory
- Facilitation skills - the workshop includes a range of exercises focussing on the three interpersonal need areas that can be used in teambuilding and team development. Learn what to observe, and how and when to use feedback in team exercises

To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed the following:
- FIRO-B Qualifying Programme*
