The practitioner's all-purpose guide to 16PF® results

This report provides a thorough explanation of personality factors and makes predictions about related interpersonal, vocational and behavioural patterns, providing a solid basis for 16PF feedback discussions. It can help reveal unusual factor combinations, exploring ways in which a respondent’s behaviour might reflect such combinations, and with what consequences

The report includes:

  • Summary charts of a respondent’s scores for the Global and Primary Factors
  • Individual charts and detailed narrative for each Global Factor and its related Primary Factors, designed to aid the practitioner in interpretation
  • Graphic reporting the degree of similarity between the respondent’s personality characteristics and the six Holland Occupational Types; occupational areas with the highest degree of similarity are described in greater detail
