This three-day course with one-day follow-up qualifies you to administer and interpret the 16PF® questionnaire.

It is suitable for:

• Human resource specialists
• Training professionals
• Anyone who wishes to become qualified to purchase and use the 16PF questionnaire

Steps to successful completion of the programme:

• Show understanding of the main points by passing practical assessments and exercises given at intervals during the course
• Demonstrate competence in practical work and fieldwork
• Attend the follow-up day

Content

The workshop includes exercises, group work and presentations and covers the following areas:

• General grounding in personality theory and assessment
• Introduction to the 16PF scales
• Organising and interpreting the information provided
• Applications and ethical use of the instrument
• Administration, interpretation and feedback skills
• Scoring and understanding profiles
• Reliability and validity of the instrument

Prerequisites

You will be expected to complete the following in advance of the course:

• Read the 16PF workshop binder, a comprehensive file of readings, exercises and self-tests. These have been specifically designed to take you through basic concepts needed to participate in the workshop, and other essential reading. You should allow a total of 10 to 15 hours for this
• Complete the 16PF questionnaire and receive feedback from a qualified practitioner

You will be expected to complete the following in advance of the follow-up day:

• Practice using the 16PF instrument and be ready to discuss your experiences
