About the presenter
Gil Parsons is a Lead Trainer with OPP. Gil, a chartered occupational psychologist, has worked in both the public and private sector. She has extensive experience in the field of assessment and has used psychometric instruments for research, recruitment and assessment, self development, career guidance and team building.
She has a diploma in Business Coaching from the University of Warwick Business School, an MBA and an MSc in Occupational psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Gil has considerable coaching and mentoring experience, across a number of sectors. She has designed and delivered coaching programmes to enable managers and consultants to develop their coaching skills. Her coaching experience has included individuals and teams, covering a diversity of ages, occupational levels, ethnicity and sectors.
Gil is also a qualified facilitator and trainer, with a variety of experiences including: working with teams to improve effectiveness and interpersonal relationships, training job coaches to work with homeless clients, leading change workshops.
