Terms and conditions:

1. The discounts offered above (as shown by either percentage discount or discounted price) for places on the Learning Programmes ("the Discounts") are subject to availability of applicable places.
2. The Discounts will be applied to OPP's standard Learning Programme fees as currently advertised on our website.
3. The Discounts are available only for places on the Learning Programmes specified above, and shall apply only to bookings made on the applicable day of the sale (23 October).
4. The Discounts apply only to bookings made by telephone to OPP on 0845 603 9958 on the applicable day of the offer (23 October).
5. Provisional bookings for places using a Discount will not be accepted; full payment by credit card will be required at the time of booking. No other payment methods will be accepted.
6. Bookings will not be accepted for places using Discounts where an existing confirmed booking, whether paid or unpaid, for the same Learning Programme (irrespective of the date of the existing booking) has been made.
7. The Discounts may not be combined with any other offer or discount arrangement.
8. Bookings made using Discounts may not be transferred to a different date. If you cannot attend the Learning Programme booked, you may transfer your booking to a different person provided that person meets any pre-course requirements. Otherwise your booking will be deemed cancelled, and you will forfeit the fee paid.
9. OPP's standard Terms of Business for Booking Learning Programmes will apply to all course bookings made in conjunction with this offer, with the exception of clauses 2.1 (Payment), 5 (Transfer policy) and 6 (Cancellation policy) which shall be deemed replaced by these terms and conditions. 10. OPP reserves the right to terminate each of these daily offers at any time without notice to you. Each daily offer expires at close of business on the applicable day and this offer in its entirety expires at close of business on 23 October 2009.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you agree you will only sue us in the courts of England. The place of performance of the contract will be England.
