Terms and conditions

1. This offer applies to Learning Programmes scheduled to take place in Quarter 1 2010 which, if booked prior to 31st October 2009, will be charged at the 2009 OPP published price ("The Offer"). The Offer may be used only once, applied to the first Learning Programme booked during such period, and may be used only on Learning Programmes held in the UK or Ireland, during the period 1st January 2010 to 31st March 2010.
2. The Offer is subject to availability of applicable Learning Programme places during the relevant period.
3. Provisional bookings for places using the Offer will not be accepted; full payment by credit card will be required at the time of booking. No other payment methods will be accepted.
4. Bookings will not be accepted for places using the Offer where an existing confirmed booking, whether paid or unpaid, for the same Learning Programme (irrespective of the date of the existing booking) has been made.
5. The Offer will be applied to OPP's standard Learning Programme prices as currently advertised on our website and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount arrangement.
6. Bookings made in response to this Offer may not be transferred to a different date. If you cannot attend a Learning Programme booked, you may transfer your booking to a different person provided that person meets any pre-course requirements. Otherwise your booking will be deemed cancelled, and you will forfeit the fee paid. If you cannot attend a Learning Programme booked and wish to book for another date, you will pay the full 2010 price.
7. OPP's standard Terms of Business for Booking Learning Programmes will apply to all course bookings made in conjunction with this Offer, with the exception of clauses 2.1 (Payment), 5 (Transfer policy), 6 (Cancellation policy) and 7 (Substitutions) which shall be deemed replaced by these terms and conditions where applicable. 8. OPP reserves the right to terminate this Offer at any time without notice to you. This Offer expires at close of business on 31st October 2009.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you agree you will only sue us in the courts of England. The place of performance of the contract will be England.
