A seasoned OPP® consultant facilitates each session acting as a catalyst to raise the bar on your capability as practitioners.

During the half-day session, the group draws on a range of topics and 'star tools' around a particular theme ('bites' include Team-building, Careers, Coaching and Conflict) as well as the group's experiences in these areas.
