Induction
Don't worry if you're new to the world of psychometrics. As soon as you accept an offer of a job at OPP, we'll be busy preparing a tailored induction programme to help you get up to speed as quickly as possible.
From supporting you in getting to know your new team and role, through to understanding our business and values, and introducing you to people that you’ll be working with across the organisation, we're confident that you'll feel right at home here in no time at all.

So, not only will you have the opportunity to learn from an incredibly talented team of people within the business, you’ll also potentially have the chance to study for formal qualifications, attend seminars, get qualified in some of our own psychometric tools or receive one-to-one coaching.
We also have a structured performance review programme so that you and your line manager can get together and agree the objectives for your role, and also understand what meeting and exceeding your objectives might look like. You'll have regular one-to-one and review meetings so you can see how you're progressing.
