This one-day seminar enables new and experienced FIRO-B® practitioners to develop and further strengthen their skills in its use at an individual level and, in particular, at the team and organisational level.

Content

• Gain a greater understanding of FIRO-B preference and their application to team roles and leadership behaviour
• Learn a structure for exploring team climate and identifying stages of team development
• Select a strategy for teams in transition
• Gain insight into organisational culture in terms of FIRO-B theory

To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed the following:

• FIRO-B Qualifying workshop
