This one-day workshop builds on the knowledge gained from your 16PF® Qualifying Workshop and develops the skills and experience you need to put that knowledge into practice in a developmental context.

Using practical simulation exercises to give you the understanding and confidence to use 16PF in all aspects of personal development, the course is suitable for qualified 16PF practitioners who are:

• Responsible for team and leadership development
• Involved in coaching or careers guidance
• Designing competency-based development centres

Content

On completion of this workshop, you will:

• Be skilled in using the 16PF instrument as part of a coaching programme
• Know how to use the 16PF instrument with teams and in organisations
• Be able to design a leadership development programme using the 16PF instrument
• Understand how the 16PF instrument can be used alongside competencies as part of a development centre
• Be able to highlight career options for clients according to their 16PF profile

Throughout the day, the following areas will be covered:

• How to match the 16PF factors to competencies in development contexts
• Using the 16PF instrument in coaching
• How to design a leadership development programme around the 16PF framework
• Practical applications of using the 16PF instrument with teams

Prerequisites

To attend this workshop you must have successfully completed one of the following:

• 16PF qualifying workshop
• 16PF conversion workshop
• Level B workshop with OPP
